Terms of service

Last updated: April 4, 2026

Agreement

By accessing or using ChangeOrderApp, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ChangeOrderApp provides tools to create, share, and track change orders and related approvals. Features, limits, and availability may change. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use if your deployment provides a contact path.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to breach security, no interfering with other users or infrastructure, and no transmitting malware or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

Customer content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for obtaining any consents needed from clients or third parties.

Fees and trials

Paid plans, free trials, and promotional limits (such as trial duration or usage caps) are described in the product or checkout flow. Fees are processed by our payment partner; taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase until you cancel through the billing tools we provide.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither ChangeOrderApp nor its suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may modify these terms or the service. We will post updated terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for non-material updates; for material changes we will provide notice as appropriate.
