Overview

ChangeOrderApp ("we," "us") provides software for documenting and approving construction change orders. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the service. We may update it from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision.

What we collect

• Account and workspace data: such as company name, user name, email address, and credentials you provide when you register or are invited.
• Operational content: change orders, projects, client or trade-partner details you enter, uploaded files, approval records, and similar workspace content needed to run the product.
• Technical data: standard server logs, IP address, device/browser type, and cookies or similar technologies used for authentication and security.
• Billing: if you subscribe, our payment processor (e.g. Stripe) handles card and payment details; we receive billing status and customer identifiers they share with us.

How we use information

We use the above to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, send transactional emails (such as verification and password reset), process subscriptions, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate about the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data with subprocessors as needed to operate the service—for example hosting, email delivery, and payment processing—under agreements that require appropriate protection. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as your workspace is active and as needed for legal, security, and business purposes. We use industry-standard measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may access or update certain profile and company settings in the app. You can contact us to request deletion or export of workspace data where applicable and subject to legal retention requirements.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
