Common topics
- Sign-in or password: use Sign in, Forgot password, or ask an admin to resend a team invite from Team settings.
- Billing or plan: signed-in admins can open Billing in the app.
- Client approval links: each change order has a shareable link; clients do not need an account. If email did not arrive, check spam and your contractor's SMTP settings.
